FFBS takes action for the Sustainable Development Goals

The Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.

GOAL 1 : NO POVERTY

FFBS follows the path of regenerative agriculture which facilitate farmers with options of various cash crops along with the main crop. Also, our social networking platform provides a marketplace to every farmer to directly get connected with fashion brands for sourcing of raw materials.

GOAL 2: ZERO HUNGER

Our system aims to develop a regenerative economy where every farmers and raw material producers are benefited. Farmers get experienced mentors who suggest them the technique of growing multiple food crops which minimizes the hunger problem among the farmers.

GOAL 3: GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

Our model of technologies, help the workers of the supply chain to get rid of the concentration of chemicals in the process. For instance, misuse of glyphosate can be detected, which has a major cancer issue among the cotton farmers.

At FFBS we keep a track check of human rights and fare trade in the supply chain. There is timely visit by experts and cameras are connected to have a proof-based monitoring.

GOAL 12: RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION

Our circular dashboard, which provides the journey of every article from farm to fashion helps to use resources in an optimized manner. The wastes and leftovers are also re-used in other forms with the help of recycling and upcycling collaborations.

GOAL 13: CLIMATE ACTION

At FFBS, we constantly work to re-store the balance between fashion and biodiversity. Fashion being the 2nd largest polluter has contributed in the global climate increase. We ensure that the level of carbon is decreased in the environment and is absorbed in the soil by using regenerative agriculture.

GOAL 14: LIFE BELOW WATER

The agricultural and industrial wastes in fashion industries have resulted in causing severe threat to marine population. Our service in agriculture reduces the waste and provide techniques to remove soil erosion. The expertized training for setting up proper ETP plant enables to reduce the damage to our water bodies.

GOAL 15: LIFE ON LAND

The framework of our services also includes sustainability management and sustainability roadmap. These two services enable corporates to work in holistic sustainable development by providing them a path based on their mode of operations and target. Moreover, our biodiversity assessment service helps to monitor the lost and endangered species over the years due to business and provides sustainable measures to restore.
